TABLETS FOR ORPHANS
The World at Their Fingertips
Our latest initiative is a campaign to provide children access to give them endless opportunities for independent and cooperative interactive learning. We have partnered with GiveLight Foundation to assure every child receives a new tablet. Each child will have the joy of opening their very own boxed tablet pre-loaded with educational apps hand selected by our team.
We have started by initiating our pilot program in the Bay area, and are excited to extend it out to all other GiveLight homes!
COATS FOR SYRIA
Supporting GiveLight Foundation in Providing #warmhugs
This winter, we were able to provide 100 Syrian children with warm coats, hats, and gloves. These children live harsh winters in torn huts with no heater or proper clothing.
NEW NEIGHBOR SCHOLARSHIP
Making a Difference
Amaanah Refugee Services and the Desert Moon Foundation have a setup a college scholarship fund for students who have arrived to the United States through the refugee resettlement process. The goal of the fund is to assist students on their journey to finding meaningful employment and becoming contributing members of their communities. Awards will range from $3,000-$5,000 per semester. Students can re-apply each semester for four complete academic years.

We are always looking for individuals to increase their connection to God through self reflection or aiding in humanitarian relief. We seek to sponsor those seeking to make a difference in their lives or those of others.
